A new Helpdesk website has been launched this January. The website allows staff and students to raise support requests. The Helpdesk is currently servicing the Information Technology, Learnzone, Finace, Estates and Reception. In order to be able to use the Helpdesk you have to have a School computer account. On Tuesday 3rd of May, the old intranet website will be decommissioned. All relevant content will be moved to the a new location, within the Office 365 platform. An invitation for access will be sent to all staff, a week before. In addition, the IT department will replace the default page on Internet Explorer, with the new one.

A new service providing access departmental drives, specialised software and remote desktop is undergoing final testings. The service is going to replace the old "portal" on the main website. The testing phase will conclude at the end of March 2016, when the new service will go online.
